VinylPlus announces the winner of the 2013 Sustainable Thinking Platform photo competition
Mikhail Kapychka from Belarus is the winner of the 2013 VinylPlus Sustainable Thinking Platform photo competition. The prize was awarded to the best photograph submitted in response to the question, “Smart, sustainable and inclusive growth for Europe and beyond. How do we make it happen?”

2013 Photo Competition – Voting extended
Due to the large number of last minute submissions and by popular demand, the Sustainable Thinking Platform is glad to announce the deadline for voting on our photo competition has been extended to midnight 24 May 2013.
Submissions – which closed on 30 April -will be initially rated in a first round by the online platform members. The shortlisted finalists will then be judged by a panel comprised of international journalists and industry representatives.

VinylPlus launches new photo competition
Following the enormous success of the last multimedia competition, VinylPlus has re-launched its Sustainable Thinking Platform, the online community for young people from all around the world to discuss and learn about sustainability issues. More than 2,500 people from over 90 different countries had signed up to join the 2010 edition.

The Eco Society
In my paper I am discussing some solutions to create the eco society in compliance with the sustainability of the consumption and the production. Raising the awareness of the people regarding the needs for a green society I offer some ideas that can be put into practice by us, the youths. To be green is to think green. If we change our way of thinking, we will modify our actions. Together we can be one, the "one" that contributes to the sustainable production and consumption.

good advices. the most sad
good advices. the most sad fact is that almost all of us know how to behave but there is not real social and sustainable support. the tending has to come also from the upper levels. I agree that more we are fastly the change can come....well if there is no more BP or others.... it makes me feel a bit weak..
